I called myself comparing 800 number services for my business. I wanted to find something cheap and professional, because I wasn't planning to use it often. I chose Kall8 because they ADVERTISE that you can get a number for $2/Month. Have you ever heard the term, "If it sounds too good to be true, then, it probably is?" Well, this statement couldn't be more on point in reference to Kall8.
I had my 800 number less than a month and I set it up to go to voice mail only. I hadn't posted the number yet, so no one had it or called it, except for those 4 or 5 calls I made to it, setting it up and testing it.
Anyhow, low and behold, I get a $27 charge to my Paypal debit card. (This is the reason they don't allow you to pay by signing in to Paypal. They want your banking information.) I called them, thinking, like most of us, that I would talk to a friendly associate who would offer me some justifiable reason that I may have missed or call it an error, refund my money and we'd continue on.
