I had purchased direct tv for my home 4yrs. Ago, and I was moving so i called direct. Tv and let them know that I no longer wanted the satellite dish.
They told me okay. This was last may. Well to
be know they continue taking money out of my
checking acct. Debit card, because that is how
i payed my bill.
When I called them this month and asked them why money was taken out, they told me that I never cancel, but I did. So I told them because I now have comcast, and never removed the dish from my roof.
That it was my lost, and they have no way of knowing if I was telling the truth. When asked for a refund of l03. Oo per month they told me they can't go back that far. And I would just have to lose that money.
To think that you trust people who shouldn't take
money from your account, when you call and cancel
and they knew I moved is beyound me. I have learned
and good lesson now, and I will never trust companys anymore when it cost me a total of 900.00
