I found a billing from Venus Voicemail on my phone bill in February. I call immediately and had the service stopped. I do not ever remember talking to the people. They said they would credit my phone bill for $39.04 in 60 days. This was in March and I am still waiting.
Until I found consumer complaints, I had no information on Venus Voicemail Service. I wonder how many other people that the same thing has happen to them.
