I hired Janian & Associates back in Nov for a loan modification. And never received anything or no return phone call to updates on my cases. I only received lies when i called them and nothing else. Not until august. I received a letter that my home was being sold in sept. They never said anything, that made sense, they did not have any paper work to show there work and returns calls, nothing. So finally i decided to sent them i termination of services letter and request my money back. With no success. I sent another certified letter requesting my money, with no success again. As for know i still waiting for my refund in the amount of 3500. I have filled complaint with the bbb, the state of california for modification fraud and to the state bar. Hoping some thing will make them pay my money back for a service they did not perform and make them do what they advertised on there websites, that if they do not help you with your modification they will return my money. For me i have not received nothing yet.
