Janian and Associates got me to pay them $4,000 in an upfront fee to negotiate a loan modification on my home loan in June.
Since that time I have made several inquiries as to the status of my loan mod with no response.
Janian & Associates are liars and cheaters. They have stolen my money and I want it back! You should be ashamed of yourselves!
