Overcharged

I have been with twc for almost 2 years now and up until this month they were ok. I call to get my balance and what is usually $150.00 monthly is now 427.00. That is because they now want you to pay 2 months in advance to continue service. We have never even been late on a payment. Their service is going downhill. They charge just to come out for a service call. And now their raising their prices yet again... I am so sick of bully companies like twc. I say we all cancel them and put them out of business
