Sent wrong goods - lied about sending mine -refusing to answer emails

I placed an order with prestige lingerieand money was taken from my paypal account november 10th.

Order was sent and invoice that I was emailed was my correct order.

When I received my order it was of lesser value and not my items.

The correct booking sheet was included in parcel so I assumed it was an honest mistake

Was in touch by email and was promised correct delivery.

Went to paypal and put in a dispute they then started to communicate all seemed ok. Had an email from them asking me to drop the dispute as it was interfering in their trade.

Foolish me.

As I had been dealing with this company for over two years and had no previous trouble I wrongly dropped the dispute tusting their honesty.

I also questioned at the time why I wasnt given the 30% discount.

Was told it would all be corrected when the costumes where sent.

Then the excuses started, packed and ready for delivery, was USPS fault, was christmas freight being busy. Will be sent monday, leaving thursday, etc.

This was all before christmas.

I have had no communication since - emails unanswered.

I have not returned their goods as I was waiting fo mine to arrive.

Still waiting
