Eyechange is a UK company that specializes in the sale of non prescription color contact lenses. They are also offensive opportunists. I ordered a few times and received the goods. I moved to another state, and when ordering, boldly and repeatedly gave them my new shipping address. The goods never arrived. I began to ask questions and was told they allegedly shipped to the former address. I was admonished that I was 100% WRONG, their exact words in their email, because I had failed to give them my new address. They furthermore said that unless the goods returned to the UK, they would not re-ship without me paying. They called me stupid, and said they would 'ruin my credit' if I filed a dispute with my bank or PayPal (had paid through PayPal).
Well, no one can shove me around with threats, so I indeed did file a dispute and escalated it to a claim. PayPal found in my favor and the money was returned. PayPal told me that Eyechange was unable to give them a shipping number for the order they c laim was mailed to me at my old address. Bottom line: Eyechange never shipped a thing. They saw an opportunity involving a change of address to flim-flam me out of my money, thinking I'd pay again to have the goods shipped to the correct address. The lack of a shipping number proves my theory. A foreign company no less, and threatening to ruin credit over a $50 order. They have no authority to touch anyone's credit since they do not have the social security number. Their emails were offensive, rude, and desperate. Do business elsewhere. P.S. The product is not that great.
