This company advertises as if the US Army Berets they sell are "pre-shaped" and "pre-shaven" and the company even shows a photo of a perfectly formed beret on the page. They charge a premium price (almost twice as much) as a standard issue beret so the soldier expects it to be "pre-shaped" and "pre-shaven". The unfortunately reality is after purchasing the beret and paying their inflated shipping charges you receive the product in a flimsy envelope and open it to find a beret that is absolutely no different than your standard issue beret and had still requires all of the shaving and forming needed to pass inspection. It was flat as a pancake.
Customer service only offered one solution: If it was defective they would send me a new one once receiving the old one and confirming it was defective. She told me that there was no way they could send a fully shaped and shaven beret as shipping would be "astronomical".
I was duped out of $40 for a product I could have had for $10.
