I visited this expensive shop looking for a great walking shoe. Following the salesperson lied and explained that I had been obtaining the greatest boot for diabetics, I offered them $100.00 along about the shoes (top dollar = $328.00). About the week that I had been to get the shoes they were keeping, I got ill at the office and endured Heart-Failure along with a Moderate Coronary Attack. After released from ICU at Moses Cone Hospital, around. 14 days later, I-phone their shop described my medical issues and recommended them that my insurance wouldn't buy the sneakers that I'd prepared to buy, because they are bad quality shoes to get a diabetic as well as advised them that my Cardiologist didn't reccomment buying shoes from their website. I expected for my money-back whilst the bill they offered me DOESN'T STATE THAT NO REFUND WILL GET. The administration as of this shop has suggested with me; will not provide me back my cash, as well as will not provide me the shoes. It speaks volumes concerning the Boot Marketplace once they may claim and combat having a ill individual over $100.00. I've submitted grievances using the BBB, the NC Secretary of Condition, the FTC etc., all-in an attempt to get my money-back from these thieves. Plse.
