I'm really frustration in Aldo Shoes. I purcashed a set of McMickle dress shoe to get a basketball on valentine's 2009. After I returned property that evening it had been really overdue and so I put the sneakers in the container. Per week later my mom asked me to exhibit a of mine my sneakers. After I got the sneakers from the container two rhinestones were lacking off one-shoe plus one off another. I bought these sneakers from Aldois in the Roads at Southpoint 6910 Fayetteville Road Durham, NC 27713. I talked towards the supervisor whose title is Raja and he suggested when these were used he couldn't substitute them-but he'd email the house office to determine what he might do. He did contact me back and required that I restore the sneakers to determine the things they might do and I loved that. I got the sneakers back and was informed they might provide me another footwear however, if the rhinestones arrived of those they might not change them. The salesman from the title of Miriam recommended that I consider some nail hardner and distribute it within the rhinestones before I used the sneakers or consider them to some boot repair individual to close the rhinestones before I used them.
I'm so unhappy that I actually donot understand what to complete. I advised her that I've bought several sneakers with rhinestoneis inside them and also the rhinestoneis didn't drop out and that I didn't enjoy investing in a footwear and needing to restore them before I put them on to be able to secure the rocks.
I'll never buy something from their website again. The sneakers did include two screws for that heel of the sneakers but understand rhinestoneis that would be changed. Evidently the rockis are essential when the sneakers were just used once.
