Purchased an electric model for my son for Holiday and after utilizing it twice it quit functioning. Even though merchant's site claims they create results for faulty product and purchase return delivery, after I requested to get a return authorization amount they didn't conform and stated I've to deliver it back again to the maker at my own personal cost. The corporation doesn't recognize its return policy!!
