We passed over a job to JKW Engineering, they asked for $1200.00 service fee $500.00 sign off fee.in person, he was saying that service fee is including the editing on the floor plan, going to the court for us. After we did the inspection at our location, the inspector from the building department saying that we need to pay the fine about $3000.00 because we didn't go to the court which JKW Engineering suppose to represent us at the court.
Made few phone calls to James, he just saying that he never said he would go to the court for us, the service fee is for him to come over to take alook at the location and editing the floor plan. And now, we end up paying for alot of extra in fines.
They are not honest people in business, do not trust them.
