Refuses to pay me my last paycheck Blue Ash

Engineering Methods Inc. Is refusing to pay me my last paycheck.

Engineering Methods is a reseller of Unigraphics CAD software.

My last day of employment was end of September of 07 and I am still waiting for my last two weeks of employment along with my unused vacation, which according to their emploee handbook I am entitled to.

I have contacted the employer multiple times and they must feel they are above the law because they refuse to contact me to get this issue resolved. My next course of action is Small Claims court.

I would beware of doing any business or seeking employment with this company.
