Toothpicks and Broomsticks dishonest vendor of woodcraft signs

On 12/4/10 I attended the Holiday Craft fair at the Fredericksburg, VA expo center and was duped by this vendor. He is very friendly and professional and exhibits beautiful wood craft signs. He promised Christmas delivery on sign I ordered for my father. I have since come to find out that many others have had issues with this vendor. Thanks to a post from Denise of VA beach, I contacted the attorney general of NY for consumer fraud and protection of the Syracuse division. That office knew who I was talking about before I ever said the name of the company. They asked that I file an official complaint right away. The office was very helpful.
