Custom House Sign Ripoff

I ordered a custom wood sign for our house at the Cincinnati (Ohio) Flower Show on April 26.

Mr. Kise did not deliver the sign and is refusing to refund our money. We had numerous phone calls and emails about the situation. He repeatedly indicated that he would send the sign but never did. The last time he promised delivery was, by phone, on February 27.

We contacted Mastercard about the situation but since too much time had passed they could not refund our money.

We complained to the NY Better Business Bureau - complaint ID #81211-39335-8248D-FBE31-A3F52-46D95-1C. The BBB did not receive a response from Mr. Kise.

We filed a complaint with the Office of Attorney General New York, Syracuse Office. Mr. Kise ignored the letter of inquiry from their office.

The invoice and Credit card slip shows Mr. Kise doing business as Wildflowers and Bugs.
The current name of the business appears to be: Toothpicks Broomsticks.
Same address and same telephone number. Mr. Kise is on the answer machine. Doesn't matter time of day, everything goes to voice mail. We have tried to called Mr. Kise about once a week.
