Do not trust or do business with scott auto transport llc located in waterford, ohio! They hired me (a real auto transporter) to transport 6 cars from Califonia, to New York and never paid me when the job was done. Not only are they illegally brokering loads without a broker's license or surety bond as required by law, but their website, scottautotransport.com, states they have a "sizeable fleet" of enclosed and open car carriers. THE TRUTH IS THEY OWN A CHEVY PICK-UP TRUCK AND A SMALL 3 CAR TRAILER! They also advertise they have $2.5 million insurance coverage-another lie! They have less than half of that. They hire real transporters to haul their cars and take a cut of the profit or not pay them at all, such as the case with me. After doing a little research, and contacting some other people who have had problems with this wanna-be company, i discovered they too have had nothing but problems with Scott Auto Transport LLC. Fortunately, i have contacted one of the best lawyers in New York to handle these maggots. Pretty soon i will have my day in court to sue the h*l out of them. So beware of this fraudulent so called auto transport company, DO NOT USE!!!
