I have 2 cars for transport from chicago to california. Able auto transport said that it takes 3-5 days for them to assign my cars to a transporter. I made the order dec. 16 drop-off my cars to the terminal dec. 22 because im leaving dec. 25 for california. My cars werent pick-up by a transporter not until jan. 16. And the sad thing is im paying terminal 10dollars a day for the terminal. Whatever happened to the 3-5days pick up time? Its a false statement i believed.
