Paid $5900 for this company to move 2 cars across the country. They assigned the job to JES Auto Transport, owner John Stelma. The cars arrived on time, but the bumper of one was badly scratched (large obviously fresh paint flakes hanging off) and slightly dented. JES promised to pay for damages and requested emailed pics, which were provided. JES then stopped replying to emails, snail mail, and phone calls, disappearing off the face of the earth (AVOID JES AUTO TRANSPORT!) AA Auto Home Movers was notified and did not take responsibility for their subcontractor—they should have provided prompt reimbursement.
