Earlier this year, IntegreTel showed up on my phone bill on behalf of Personal Voice, Inc. I did not want, need, nor authorize this service. I e-mailed IntegreTel asking them how to remove the billing, which they did without question.
Now Personal Voice, Inc, is once again showing up wanting $12.95 for something I never asked for. I was upset the first time this fraudulent billing happened, now I'm just pissed.
I've read about IntegreTel's previous billings and thought I got lucky. Guess not. I probably should call them, but I have a problem dealing with people over the phone as I tend to lose my temper too quickly. I hate phone conversations in the first place, but talking to someone I don't know irritates me.
I think I have their e-mail reply archived somewhere, I'll try to locate it and send it back to them.
