We ordered a VERY expensive pair of men's dress gloves. They were not received, and the customer service rep could not have been less helpful or more indifferent. That's common, but I was left on hold listening to lousy muzak forever before I even heard a RECORDED voice.
My problem is that I ordered a product, paid dearly for delivery, UPS didn't deliver it (we were home) but said they did, and both they and Luxury Lane seem to think their negligence is MY responsibility.
