Luxury Lane is an online retailer of Leather Jackets. I had a long saga of buying and returning Jackets from them, at my expense, because each time the Jackets arrived severely creased and wrinkled. They arrived this way because LL do not use any packing materials when sending their Jackets, instead they really on their shipper to handle with care - fat chance! I could not get thru to their Customer Service by phone no one picks up or returns messages. One is only able to communicate by e-mail and their replies were unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company!
