I feel like my hands are tied behind my back and I am helpless. I have a newly constructed home. I called MidAmerican Energy Company over 5 weeks ago to get electricity hooked up to my home. I was told it would be 2 weeks from the initial phone call to have the power hooked up. Here it is, 5 weeks later and no power. Nor have I received any communication from MidAmerican Energy Company. I have called several times, but noone will give me any answers. My pipes are now frozen. My family is going to be homeless soon if we cannot move in. There is no other power company in town. I am disgusted at MidAmerican's utter disregard for human beings as well as my property.
