I contracted Neal Elden, owner of Performance Hardwood floors to sand and refinish the gym floor at Duchesne Academy. I was under the impression that Neal could handle this job after viewing his positive results from other reviews and a decent website infomercial, but I soon felt rather uneasy after receiving numerous complaints from the property manager about the workmanship. I folowed up by paying a visit to the school to address the concerns and of course Neal accompanied me to agree that it needed attention and so Neal agreed to correct his mistakes. I paid Neal Elden in full over $26,000 for his services, but since he has been paid he has ignored my e-mails will not return any phone calls. I basically lost a good customer "Duchesne Academy" and was also ripped off $26,000. I have contracted another company to fix Neal's problem and I will now have to pay another $19,000. Buyer beware and stay away from this company.
