I attempted to order a specific Canada Goose winter coat for a friend on this website on Nov 23. My card was charged almost immediately for the $385 shown as the price.By Dec 1 the order still showed pending on their site with no other information as to ship date or pending arrival.
Their site indicated a 24/7 live chat option so I attempted that but no response. On Dec 2 I sent an email to Rose, the store owner, at the indicated email available. This email indicated if no response in 24 hours I would cancel the order. No response. At this time I also realized there was no phone number to contact them.
I contacted my bank and they have put a hold on the amount and if the product is not received by Dec 30, they will consider it fraudulent by the company.
Today, 12/15, I still have no coat and now the website is no longer coming up as valid.
