I ordered a lace front wig on September the 22nd of 2010 and I paid extra for express post to Australia. There was poor communication from the seller. The seller only started to communicate to me when I asked for a refund, she said that my product has already been shipped out and I can not get a refund. She claimed that my item has already been shipped out but them she asked if I can send her another picture to make sure it was done correctly. I have not received my product till now.
