Twelve months before, I bought an Epson printer (R1900) from Adorama (42 West 18th St., NY). I telephoned customer support twice and published one return receipt notice, every time seeking a geek to connect my check and printer (three qualified photographers have been not able to restore the problem). Every time of attempted contact, I mentioned that I be prepared to purchase the geek. Adorama never replied to my demands (and, never discussed why they might not support).
