Attorney Barry Fayne has a website on the internet. Do not hire this attorney if you are a father looking for an attorney to stand up for your rights. He is not an aggressive attorney and he is very arrogant, yet provides little to no results. I was involved in a child support case long distance and this guy never returns phone calls. Trust me, you will be wasting your money if you hire this guy.
Mary Kedzior works in the Wayne County Friend of the Court Office and if you watch her antics in court it can be compared to a cartoon. Mary Kedzior is all talk and no action. She could win an oscar for her antics in the courtroom. Just giving the public a heads up regarding these two. Fayne always talks about being "an officer of the court" and he and Kedzior are immune from being sued. That needs to be changed because some attorneys think they can go into a courtroom and lie and think that they are above the law because they are attorneys.
