I am a real estate appraiser in Central Florida. Maverick-AMC (appraisal management company) contacted me to perform 3 appraisals and 1 inspection. I performed these services. They informed me that I would be paid within 30 days. It has been over 60 days. On the 31st day, I emailed them, and left a voicemail. Since then, I have left numerous voicemails and emails, none of which have been returned. They owe me $975 ($300 per appraisal-75 for inspection), and will not even respond to an email or phone call regarding payment.
