At bottom of the Letter is Holden Financial Services. I checked their website (they say this is a scam - http://www.holdenfinancial.com/scam-alert.html)

Ticket Serial Number 312897MS. Lucky Number 23-13-21-34. For $125,000.

Received Check for $4450.00 Name on check - Cambridge Security Service New Yor (missing the k). 419 Park Avenue South, New York, NY 10016. Drawn on Bank JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. 55 Water St. New York, NY 10041.

Phone to contact 604-518-9714 - they haven't answered yet. Claims agents David Ross or Jessica Martin. Jeffry Morreson - Promotions Manager.

Tax Agent Gary Arnold 2546 Voss Road London U. K (missing.) Tax amount $3400.00

Way too many names, too many addresses and bad punctuation.

Based on other write ups on the Ripoff Site - I feel this is a scam.
