We ordered 71 t-shirts with deceased son's pic in front customized in advance, due 9-24-10. We called after lunch shirts not ready, had to wait till after closing to pick up 7:30 pm. We were told only 57 were done cause they made a mistake & the others didnot arrive in time. T-shirts were poor quality shading and pic were different in several shirts 6 of them pic was really yellow background. We used shirts on sat for son's b-day celeb and the rain made the black ink run into the red shirts. I immediately called owner & he told me to take them in on Mon. When my daughter took them back owner stated that only 1 was bad and refused to reimburst for the rest. Ttl was over $ 480.00 dollars that we r out off.
