Supermedia (a sales rep call us for advertising and promises us certain things in the sales pitch) they keep pressuring us to let them do our advertising for our company - they promise us that they would send so many flyers out by certain date and in what areas did we want the flyers go out). They would do a website for us. They would suppose to send us a proof for us to authorize the website and make corrections.
The flyers did not go out to the area we specified and they was sent out late by a couple of months and the information was wrong on the flyer and the website. After numerous time trying to reach them by phone and getting the run around on more than one occassion and no one returning our phone calls. Also they was suppose to send us coupons in the mail and they was never sent to us. They are trying to bill us for 1,556.63 for their service which was misrepresented and false.
