Went to PBS.com website... Wanted to order a DVD of a video they played a few days ago. Link took me to NeoFlix which allowed me to select and complete an order for the DVD. Days go by, I received one confirmation email... But that's it. 5 days go by, I create support ticket in their CustomerQ support portal... Nothing
Called MagicRock... Who hosts NeoFlix... Nothing
It's been 20 days and still no word from them. THANKFULLY! I used paypal and I"m going through their simple process of getting my money back. What a waste of time and money! And now it's too late to use it for my english lesson. Stay AWAY!!!
