So I was looking at this commericial about home phone service for 19.99 a month, and I'm think what a deal for a package with caller ID, call-waiting, etc. So I sign up for the service and by my surprise it took a Whole month just to establish service, known of the representative knew why it took this long it was just what it was. Now every phone company tells you about wiring and such, and if it's the box outside that the company is liable for fixing that problem only. When the service was activated a Whole month later I ran into the isuue of the box outside not working and needed one of their technician to come out and fix it. OMG!!! Why did I have to run into this problem... Contacted the company talked and chatted online with 5 different representative over two weeks and the problem still has not been resolve.
The worse part about it is none of them knew what they were talking about! One told me that a order was put in for a tech to come out, but never showed! Another told me that a order was never put in and that I would have to wait 24-48 hours for something they call a line test! The third had absolutely no idea of what she was talking about, the fourth told me again that no order was put in and that they had not even ran the line test as the second rep had said would be done. Finally the fifth rep told me just today that again I will have to wait 24-48 hours for a line test and then a tech would be dispatched to set a date to come out and then and only then will I have service! They are a small company they contract At&t technician to handle their maintainence, but it's been since October when I put the order in, they finally activated on November 4, today is Nov. 15 and still no service!!! Renteltelecom, what a ripoff!!!
