If you're serious about getting into shape and don't want to join a gym this is the dvd set to get. After I had my son I was desperate to get back into shape, I started running 3 miles 3 times a week and I was doing the P90X workouts. I didn't do them all, mainly Plyometrics, Ab Ripper, Kenpo and a couple others. I am 45 years old, had my son at 41, you'd never know it by looking at me and I am now thinner than I was before I was pregnant. I was a size 8/10 maybe pushing a 12, now I'm a 4/6. I joined a gym and started taking classes, spin, pilates, cardio and I still run BUT... Now I'm incorporating the P90X dvd's b/c my body isn't as good as it was when I was just doing the dvd's. After you workout you should drink a protein drink and also watch what you eat, eat only real foods not packaged foods for best results, for example, real butter not fake... I still use butter but I've cut dairy out. Anyway great workout collection for anyone who wants a slamming body.
