I am a stay at home mom that was completely out of shape. I have 3 children and my body is a walking marshmellow. I haven't exercised in years and had no desire to. But, I was so ready to find something that would make me feel attractive. I don't have time for the gym, so that really was out of the question. My husband bought the P90X for himself so he could get ripped by summer. I started doing the program myself just to see if I could handle this type of demanding workout, and I fell in love with these workouts. I HATE to exercise and have never stuck with any program in my life. I am now on week 6 and am already having AWESOME results! My legs are getting extremely firm and my butt is lifting (I thought that was impossible) and I now have biceps and triceps that you can see. I am completely hooked on this and highly recommend it to any man or woman. It is very hard and you have to want the results very much to disipline yourself the way the program needs you too. But, I am seeing result that I haven't seen since I was 17 years old. I am a true believer in P90X.
