He probably planned to pull a "Madoff" by taking new payments from other people to put in the pools of those he has already contracted with. I wish I had those folks' phone number to warn them. Anyway, I am in the process of trying to recoup my losses from the company he worked for "with no money up front" and I am going to the police and filing a civil suit against this guy, and I will not stop until he is in jail - although I don't expect to get any of my money back from this thief, he already has so many judgment against him.
