Called for repair service for my maytag 5 year old dishwasher based on ad in yellow pages. Technician indicated part and labor would be $300 with part to be installed within "a few days". It is now 10 days and repeated calls indicated it is on back order. I requested to speak to the owner but to no avail and respondent would not even give me his last name.
