On 10 January we requested ABC Amber Rim Converter. I obtained the typical verification of purchase and bill. But we never received the merchandise.
We've attempted to obtain your hands on somebody through e-mail on many-many several events since January of the year, to no avail. The only reaction we've actually obtained stated:

I delivered all reg data (the reg important and URL to obtain the entire edition) for you.
Should you did not obtain it, you have to both:
1. Examine your crap (mass) file
Or
2. Eliminate your email filter
Or
3. Please send me another current email address that allows *. Key accessories and http links.

None of our reactions for this e-mail were actually responded to. The truth that the author employed "once more" recommended he'd created beforehand. Nevertheless, we've exhausted all paths (such as the types recommended by them) and also have never discovered every other mail.
The criticism that people have is the fact that to all of the emails we've delivered and online types we've stuffed, there don't have any reactions so the issue could be sorted out. We've been delivering emails and completing types for pretty much annually. We're unsure what else to complete than request a 3rd party to intervene.
