Recently I visited the Kmart site to buy Holiday gifts utilizing their online layaway. I created my choices and examined the container showing the purchase was "layaway". I proceeded to supply my own payment info, etc. So when I posted the order recognized it'd not been prepared like a layaway, but being an overall purchase. The mistakes produced by a pest on the site, erroreous info from the CSR and a mistake from the 'program' which dual costs are actually evidently likely to charge me to become out my cash (while Sears employs it) 7-10 business days. I'venot handled Sears in decades due to bad customer support and have never handled Kmart and certainly will guarantee you I'll never, actually buy something from their website again.
