I placed an order for buy-one-get-one-free carpeted cat trees. Website said to expect 2 weeks for delivery. I waited 3 weeks for the products and initiated email inquiries. Over three months, I inquired 3 times and was promptly told that company was behind in production but I should received the products within 10 days. At 3 months time, I got tired of waiting and emailed a request for refund of the 39.95 back to my PayPal account. It has been a week and no reply.
