Last Aug. I purchased 3 cat trees from Mr Douglas thru D & D Distributing AKA QueenCityPets AKA Yugisoft.com. I received a tracking report with no number stating that my item had been reported to UPS but was not yet in their possession. This did not change for weeks. So I emailed Jeff at Sales@queencitypets, At first he was very friendly, assuring me that the item would be shipped asap. He was just waiting for some parts to arrive because there was something wrong with the ones he had. This went on for some time. He slowly got nastier then stop answering me all together. I paid him thru his paypal acct, not mine, So paypal was no help. And because it had been dragged out so long, my card company would help either. So I am out over $200 and never got anything from Mr. Jeff Douglas but a headache! I don't get around too well, so I depend on the internet for most of my purchases. This is the first time I have ever been scammed! Shame on you Mr Douglas!
