On October 8th I placed an order online for haircare products totaling $145.00. After a week or so had passed, I went to their site to check on the order; I did that several times before e-mailing their customer service through their website. They did not respond; I e-mailed them again, and continued to check the website.
November 2nd they sent me an e-mail notice including a tracking link for USPS that my order had shipped. USPS site states that nothing is yet shipping with that number. On November 4th, they charged my account for the $145.00, obviously timed to "prove" to me that the order had been processed.
Their website is now gone, and their e-mail [email protected] regurgitates a generic message.
I want my money back, and am investigating whether VISA will assist me in this pursuit.
