I requested reduced-salt food items from Heartwise Meals. The dog owner stated he experienced congestive heart failure. Since I have possess the same situation, I respected his shop was trustworthy and he cared about his clients.
Mr. Joe Roberts never delivered my products. After I e mailed the organization, his spouse, Theresa Roberts, responded that my order was positioned on store since a few of the items were on back-order. She apologized and agreed to exchange the rear ordered items. I informed her number thanks, simply stop my whole purchase. It was 14 days in the initial purchase day.
They never replied to my cancelation request. I delivered extra emails and named their 800-number. No body reacts or replies. It has been more than 30 times given that they got my income. I wonder if they're still running a business?
Any reputable company won't cost your credit/bank card till they've delivered your purchase. A trustworthy organization wouldn't maintain resources for items it never delivers. The corporation hasn't proven itself to become trustworthy. Mr. And Mrs. Roberts are tearing off customers and really should be researched due to their fraudulent actions.
I wouldn not suggest ACTUALLY using the services of them.
