I was taken for a ride. I filed for my $499 refund, not in a timely manner, an entire month late. Mr. Alan Gill and Mr. Michael Juarez did not and would not accept my request for a refund due to my untimeliness in filing. Considered non-compliance to the contract.
Poor business practices, and sad customer service relations. So, if you ever need for your vehicle to be sold, do not use OneStopMotors because they will find anything possible to deny you the refund.
Take heed to others experiences on this site and do not become another victim and think, you are different. I would not recommend the onestopmotors to an enemy. I spoke with JJ one of the sales associates and do not blame anyone for my mistake. Although, the be denied for not filing timely is a sad way to do business. No good deed goes unpunished, the business has built a reputation. Please, also check out the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau using zip code 89102 to see the countless others that were taken for a financial ride for one reason or another.
