Brandon S. Ripped me off mfor $1500 to do a mortgage modification

I contacted this company to help me with a mortgage mod. They charged me $1500 which I had to pay up front then they did nothing and will not respond to my request for a refund. The contract I signed with them has a so-called 100% refund if a mod is not done. The contract is worthless!!
