This ebay seller by the name of "treetopmerchandise1" sells counterfeit furniture under such brands as Neiman Marcus, Horchow, and Hooker; stolen electronics, especially cell phones and smart phones; clothing such as Bebe.
I unknowingly purchased a piece of furniture and a cell phone from this seller. I got suspicious after noticing that they look different from what I saw in Neiman Marcus stores. I called Neiman Marcus and was told that this was a counterfeit, and this seller was not authorized to sell under their name. This is infringement on their corporate intellectual property. Additionally, the phone I purchased did not work, and later found out that the s/n had been blacklisted and it was a stolen phone.
I left this seller negative feedback based on my experience, but somehow this seller has managed to deleted my negative feedback. I am reporting this seller because I believe in justice and integrity of doing business. This seller has proven to be a scam artist. Buyers please be aware!!!
