Ms. Nittolo was to represent us in order to make a house purchase in Santa Fe, NM. We spent a great deal of time looking for houses but she never showed us the kind of property we wanted and, so, were not able to find anything we liked.
After telling Ms. Nittolo that we were going to look elsewhere for a house she became very angry and an argument ensued. A short while later we received notice that a lawsuit had been filed against us for breach of promise in the 1st Judicial Ct of Santa Fe. We have had to hire an attorney and are being forced to spend a lot of money to defend ourselves against a trumped-up charge.
