Ripoff - bottom feeder Austin

Received notice of lawsuit from attorneys wanting to represent in lawsuit. Account charged off by original creditor. Now Palisades Acquisition claims to be assignee of original creditor and has filed lawsuit. I never received any information from Attorney of fact about them handeling the account. How do I demand documents proving they are intitaled to anything.
