Ron moore ron moore wrote me a bad check for plating and owes me $5,147.04 dating back to 6/20/08 he will not return phone calls!

Ron Moore of Custom Engineered Products in Santa Ana, Ca contracted me to provide electroless nickel plating on parts he supplied to me. The total bill was $10,357.04 dating back to June 20. He made two payments, one for $2,210 on September 10 and one for $3,000 on January 28. After repeated phone calls he wrote me another check, check #1825 for $1,000 on July 3. This check was returned to me NSF. Then the promises started, then failed, then started, then failed. I have left numerous phone calls for him and have heard nothing. I am now turning over his account to a very agressive collections firm to secure the monies owed to me. I will not let this go!!!
